Description

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the enterprise market.
  • Research and build targeted account lists for outreach.
  • Initiate outreach through cold calling, email, and networking.
  • Build relationships with prospects to uncover their challenges, goals, and pain points.
  • Qualify leads and nurture prospects through the sales process.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings with qualified leads.
  • Drive pipeline growth within the assigned EMEA region.
  • Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Gong, Orum, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
  • Startup mentality with adaptability, resilience, and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Proficiency in any other European language is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools is a plus.
