Description

  • Lead end-to-end Luna AI deployments from kickoff through go-live across single clinics and multi-location health systems.
  • Build and run customer implementation plans, including weekly working sessions, decision management, and blocker removal.
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success to accelerate launch timelines while maintaining quality.
  • Own user acceptance testing, call QA, and Tier 1/2/3 standardization sign-off before each launch.
  • Standardize onboarding processes and ensure every deployment feeds improvements back into playbooks, templates, and product requests.
  • Prioritize launch activity across multiple simultaneous customers and determine when to use live meetings versus async communication.
  • Manage customer expectations through clear, proactive communication throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation management, or technical project management at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven experience deploying complex software into real customer environments with integrations, configuration, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage detailed plans and adapt when priorities change.
  • Strong technical fluency, including comfort reading API documentation and discussing telephony or EHR integrations.
  • Healthcare experience with EHRs, provider operations, or call center workflows is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent customer communication skills with the ability to set expectations and deliver difficult updates early.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus, but not required.
