Description

  • Lead and manage new customer implementation projects with multiple integrated workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, while identifying and mitigating risks and roadblocks.
  • Act as the product expert and advise customers on feature configuration and implementation best practices.
  • Train customer project teams to become self-sufficient with the Allego platform.
  • Guide customers on change management strategies and tactics to support adoption and a positive seller experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and confidently push back on requests that deviate from proven approaches.
  • Partner with Sales to align on executive sponsor business requirements and success criteria.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Support to meet customer requirements.
  • Proactively address issues, collect customer feedback, and drive early customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to the post-implementation Customer Success team and maintain accurate internal system data.
  • Contribute to the refinement of Allego’s implementation methodology and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of dedicated project management experience, specifically managing SaaS client implementation projects.
  • Experience with onboarding and customer relationship management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to consult and guide customers through technical and strategic hurdles.
  • Strong ability to build positive relationships with internal teams and external client stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn software functionality and consult on product feature configurations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with a quality-first mentality and strong ownership of outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is a plus.
