Description

  • Lead the discovery and documentation of client configuration requirements.
  • Develop Functional and Target Configuration Specifications and secure client approval and sign-off.
  • Configure the StarCompliance application according to agreed specifications and best practices.
  • Support clients during initial rollout and organization-wide adoption of the platform.
  • Deliver client training sessions and provide implementation support during deployment.
  • Facilitate user feedback sessions to identify problem areas and clarify feature requests.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate delivery risks and work with leadership and relationship management to resolve them.
  • Partner with Product Management and QA to validate new features and fixes and manage defect triage and prioritization.
  • Transition clients to Customer Support after implementation to ensure service continuity.
  • Contribute to internal delivery frameworks, including templates, playbooks, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant role within software or information services.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, systems implementation, or process improvement within a technology or operations environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Working knowledge of business applications, system integrations, and data reporting tools.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging client users, technical teams, and senior executives.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience migrating clients from legacy or third-party solutions.
  • Financial compliance experience, global team collaboration experience, and Agile delivery experience with Jira/Confluence are preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions in financial services is preferred.
  • Knowledge of codes of ethics, conflicts of interest, personal account dealing, or MNPI handling is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SEC, FINRA, FCA, or SMCR is advantageous.
