Description

  • Source candidates through external channels such as LinkedIn, Onlinejobs.PH, Jobstreet, Facebook, online databases, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews and assessments as needed.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage candidate records and hiring activity in the applicant tracking system.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding handoffs.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple industries.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a staffing or agency setting.
  • Comfortable using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and external job boards.
  • Available to work US time zones on a graveyard shift in the Philippines.
  • Available to start within 2 weeks of receiving a job offer.
  • Comfortable using time-tracking tools such as Time Doctor.
  • Owns a laptop or desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and a webcam.
  • Has a reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.
  • Has backup equipment available for power and internet outages.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
