Description

  • Source, interview, and engage high-quality candidates across a variety of sectors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support successful placements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Track recruitment trends and technologies to improve sourcing strategies.
  • Provide regular progress reports and market insights to management.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media sourcing techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and motivated to achieve recruitment goals.
