Description

  • Collaborate with department heads to create and execute hiring plans.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role qualifications and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source and screen active and passive candidates across a wide range of roles.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and the candidate experience using Lever ATS.
  • Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication with all candidates.
  • Review applicant materials to assess alignment with job requirements.
  • Evaluate and improve recruiting strategies based on performance data.
  • Build and maintain talent networks to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and data privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or a related talent acquisition role.
  • Strong ability to understand position requirements across various functions.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to review and assess large volumes of resumes.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and candidate engagement.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing principles and sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency with recruitment and sourcing tools, including ATS platforms; Lever preferred.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to attract top talent for both clinical and corporate hiring.
