Description

  • Source, engage, and attract candidates across multiple sectors.

Requirements

  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a freelance capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effectively connecting with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, tools, and social media channels for sourcing candidates.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail when managing multiple recruitment projects.
  • Adaptable and proactive approach to evolving recruitment demands.
  • Willingness to engage in training and professional development to improve recruiting skills.
