Description

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound patient calls with a warm, empathetic phone presence.
  • Actively learn and explain clinic medical procedures to educate, reassure, and guide patients.
  • Coordinate medical calendars, schedule appointments, and support remote telehealth visits.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support telehealth workflow for virtual appointments.
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and complete prior authorization workflows.
  • Process, track, and manage incoming and outgoing patient referrals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EMR/EHR system.
  • Support front desk operations while balancing administrative and patient-facing responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Flawless verbal English communication with a completely neutral accent.
  • Naturally bubbly, enthusiastic, and patient-focused demeanor with strong active listening skills.
  • Proven experience with U.S. outpatient medical billing portals, referral networks, and EMR/EHR systems.
  • High proficiency with virtual phone systems, Google Workspace, and telehealth platforms.
  • Ability and willingness to learn the clinic's specific medical procedures in detail.
  • Experience handling insurance verification and prior authorization workflows is required or strongly preferred.
  • Comfort managing fast-paced administrative work in a medical environment.
