Description

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a variety of support roles.
  • Run intake calls with clients and translate role needs into hiring criteria.
  • Manage candidate pipelines in Workable and keep hiring trackers up to date.
  • Conduct first-round interviews and coordinate scheduling across PDT/PST time zones.
  • Maintain reporting on funnel metrics, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
  • Partner with the recruitment and operations team on hiring strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and outbound outreach.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Own a working laptop or desktop computer.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to work US Pacific Time hours consistently.
  • Availability to commit 40 hours per week exclusively to S4D.
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare, medical, or allied health roles is preferred.
  • Experience in remote staffing or outsourcing environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with international or U.S.-based recruitment processes is preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and reporting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workable or similar ATS platforms is preferred.
