Description

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate, operational, executive, and other hard-to-fill niche roles.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for specialized and competitive talent pools.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and structured interviews.
  • Partner with senior leaders and executives to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
  • Advise stakeholders on compensation benchmarks, market insights, and candidate expectations.
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously and keep hiring processes moving with clear communication.
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for key and recurring roles.
  • Own candidate tracking in the ATS and maintain accurate, clean recruiting data.
  • Draft and manage offer letters, including compensation details, compliance language, and approvals.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting executive-level and niche-profile roles.
  • Strong sourcing background with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
  • Experience advising senior stakeholders and operating as a strategic talent partner.
  • Experience working within ATS platforms; Workable experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and deadline orientation.
  • Ability to work consistent U.S. EST hours.
  • Property management recruiting experience is a plus.
