Description

  • Develop and evolve website messaging and content strategies aligned with business goals, audience needs, and campaign objectives.
  • Write conversion-focused web copy that simplifies complex concepts and clearly communicates StackAdapt's value.
  • Translate business objectives, customer insights, and audience needs into high-performing web experiences.
  • Own web initiatives from concept through launch, including strategy, stakeholder alignment, copy development, reviews, and optimization.
  • Partner with designers and developers to create new pages and digital experiences.
  • Continuously optimize website content and user journeys to improve engagement, conversion, SEO, and overall site effectiveness.
  • Use web analytics, heatmaps, SEO insights, and user behavior data to identify opportunities and guide optimization decisions.
  • Support monthly and quarterly website reporting and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to support localization efforts and improve landing page performance in global markets.
  • Explore and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, content creation, personalization, and web performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in web content strategy, content marketing, web copywriting, or digital experience roles.
  • Exceptional writing and editing ability with strong editorial judgment.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, information architecture, UX principles, SEO, and conversion-focused content design.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and how search, content, and user experience work together.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept through execution with minimal oversight.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or HubSpot.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting localization and multilingual web experiences.
  • Preferred: Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech, martech, or technology companies.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with tools such as Crazy Egg, Semrush, HubSpot, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
  • Final compensation may be influenced by experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure, and certifications.

  • Ontario base salary range of $70,000 to $86,000 CAD, with additional compensation possible including annual bonuses, commissions, and equity awards.
