Description

  • Partner with the Creative Director to evolve Insider One’s visual identity and digital experiences.
  • Build and document scalable Figma brand systems, including components, templates, typography, iconography, and image treatments.
  • Own websites, landing pages, launch experiences, and microsites from wireframes through developer-ready delivery.
  • Collaborate with developers on interactions, accessibility, performance, handoff, and design QA.
  • Design WordPress experiences using reusable modules, CMS constraints, and responsive behavior.
  • Translate ambiguous briefs and complex B2B technology into clear design directions, prototypes, and visual stories.
  • Create self-service templates and systems for consistent, efficient work across global marketing teams.
  • Use Claude, Adobe AI tools, and MCP-enabled workflows for research, ideation, prototyping, automation, and documentation.
  • Review implementations and designers’ work, providing feedback that improves quality and team development.
  • Manage multiple projects through prioritization, documentation, version control, and performance-informed iteration.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand, visual, digital, or web design within B2B SaaS, technology, a design studio, or an agency.
  • Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated brand systems, responsive web design, digital campaigns, and technology storytelling.
  • Expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, variables, libraries, prototyping, responsive systems, and developer handoff.
  • Professional proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong visual craft across typography, layout, composition, grids, hierarchy, color, imagery, and digital art direction.
  • Experience converting visual identities into reusable components, templates, guidelines, and frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of responsive web and UX principles, accessibility, conversion, performance, interaction, and technical constraints.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and CMS implementation validation; Elementor experience is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with developers, preparing specifications, resolving implementation questions, and performing QA.
  • Daily practical use of AI tools such as Claude and Adobe Firefly, plus familiarity with MCP workflows connecting Figma to Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach with the ability to work effectively across global teams and ambiguous, fast-moving projects.
