Description

Create professional hospitality websites using Cloudbeds’ in-house website builder and a consultative customer approach.
Manage onboarding projects, service delivery timelines, records, and task-management systems for multiple accounts.
Communicate with customers through video calls, email, and phone to provide updates and resolve concerns.
Assist with website service scoping and questions from prospective customers.
Investigate website errors, provide support, and recommend service improvements.
Coordinate internal escalations and collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues.
Onboard customers and publish quality websites by following standard procedures and collaborating with website designers.
Create branded visual elements using graphic design tools and research or develop website content.
Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and manage multiple deadline-driven projects.
Contribute to website service improvement processes and projects.

Requirements

1+ year of website design and development experience preferred.
Experience with HTML and CSS preferred.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva preferred.
Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Duda preferred.
Background in customer service or professional services onboarding.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
Creative mindset, strong visual design sense, and high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, remain proactive, and adapt to process changes.
Fluency in English and Spanish; reliable internet/Wi-Fi connection required.
Must be authorized to work in the position’s location without visa sponsorship.
Availability to work remotely on the 10 a.m.–7 p.m. UTC shift.
