Description

  • Own end-to-end commercial review, editing, and processing of insertion orders using company templates and approved language.
  • Partner with Account Executives to advise on deal terms and apply approved redline language directly.
  • Serve as the liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance, Ad Ops, and Platform on IO-related issues and requirements.
  • Coordinate delivery, payment, and operational dependencies and track issues through resolution.
  • Lead a portfolio of IO improvement projects and help streamline the IO process from media plan to campaign launch.
  • Set standards for campaign amendments and IO approvals from a revenue perspective.
  • Design repeatable and scalable workflows for IO review and approval.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate IO review and build agents and repositories that enable AEs to handle pre-approved issues independently.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial operations, deal desk, or revenue operations in an adtech, media, or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts, campaign mechanics, and IO structures.
  • Ability to read contracts, identify business implications, and distinguish low-risk client requests from requests that create material risk.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the company’s position credibly in client conversations.
  • Process-oriented mindset with experience designing and owning workflows.
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional relationships across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Platform without formal authority.
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate commercial and contract workflows.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple projects end to end.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Candidates must be located anywhere in Canada or the US.
