Description

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Win net-new strategic accounts through a strong hunting approach.
  • Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while developing strong client relationships.
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan and create reliable forecasts.
  • Build thought leadership around the Teams product.
  • Contribute to sales playbooks and product roadmap input.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall SaaS sales experience with a successful track record supporting strategic clients with 10,000+ employees.
  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Consultative, relationship-driven sales approach with a strong desire to help clients.
  • Demonstrated long-term success and upward mobility in previous roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships, including at the C-level.
  • Self-starter who can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High energy, curiosity, agile mindset, and a strong desire to learn the business.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, implementation, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Passion for Stack Overflow’s mission and its connection to developers.
  • Experience or familiarity with strategic enterprise sales is preferred.
