Description

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using short-, mid-, and long-term solutions.
  • Perform database updates, changes, and performance troubleshooting across client systems.
  • Promote and implement Infrastructure as Code practices using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.
  • Implement security best practices, including secrets management, identity and access control, and vulnerability scanning.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and improve uptime and system reliability.
  • Advocate for automation, observability, DevOps, and GitOps practices across projects.
  • Explore and recommend emerging technologies to improve operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a similar infrastructure-focused engineering role.
  • Advanced spoken and written English skills.
  • Experience with Linux environments and scripting in Bash, Python, Go, or similar languages.
  • Strong Linux troubleshooting skills and experience diagnosing system issues.
  • Hands-on experience performing database changes and troubleshooting performance issues.
  • Proven experience managing cloud environments, preferably AWS or GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of system security, networking concepts, and automation practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, ECS, or other container-based solutions (nice to have).
  • Experience with AWS services including ECS, EC2, RDS, ALB, R53, IAM, CloudWatch, and S3.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
