Description

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including standups, planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with delivery and workstream leads to turn project priorities into clear delivery plans and sprint-ready stories.
  • Maintain Jira as the source of truth by managing work hierarchy, statuses, priorities, and delivery notes.
  • Identify, track, and remove blockers, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across engineering, UX/UI, content, and authoring teams.
  • Keep stakeholders informed through regular updates on sprint progress, milestones, scope changes, risks, and decisions.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions that move work from idea intake to ready-for-build execution.
  • Maintain project documentation such as briefs, PRDs, transcripts, and notes in the agreed knowledge base.
  • Provide reporting on delivery health metrics such as throughput, velocity, and cycle time to support planning and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, content authors, developers, and marketing teams to execute campaigns and projects.
  • Manage web content production and publishing schedules in AEM, including on-time delivery, third-party integrations, SEO optimization, and tracking implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of project management and/or Scrum Master experience in a digital product, web, or full-stack delivery environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Proven experience running Scrum ceremonies and improving team flow.
  • Proficiency with Agile workflows and Jira.
  • Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and content strategy.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder communication and digital marketing objectives.
  • Comfort managing ambiguity, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination across UX/UI, content, engineering, and authoring.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into executable delivery plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including status reporting and risk management.
  • Ability to understand dynamic enterprise workflows and processes quickly.
  • Availability to overlap at least 4 hours with US PDT working hours.
  • Fluent English communication skills for direct client and cross-functional communication.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US as an independent contractor under an LLC, C-Corp, or S-Corp.
  • Location flexibility for candidates in Canada, Colombia, and the US.
  • Experience with B2B tech company websites (preferred).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (preferred).
