Description

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for multiple open roles each day.
  • Manage 8–12 recruitment batches or positions per week.
  • Use ATS and recruitment tools to maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment data.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to keep them engaged.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers by providing updates, scheduling interviews, moderating interviews, and collecting feedback.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from job posting through final placement.
  • Work proactively with limited job details when needed while maintaining a high placement success ratio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Mandatory experience recruiting for GCC markets.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have handled Saudi-based clients and roles.
  • Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles in a client-based setup.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting delivery targets.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and feedback management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to handle urgent and time-sensitive client requirements.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment data.
