Description

  • Partner with Product Team members and Customer Success Managers to drive retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in technical planning sessions and business reviews to align product usage with enterprise priorities.
  • Develop, test, and maintain integrations across identity, logging, security, ticketing, and SaaS systems.
  • Build automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms and scripting or APIs.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec, IT, DevOps, and Engineering teams to identify integration and automation opportunities.
  • Implement and document reusable integration patterns to support scalable internal security and IT operations.
  • Enhance visibility through data pipelines and log integrations, including work with Splunk or similar tools.
  • Monitor account health and integration performance to identify risks, blockers, and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop, deploy, and support demonstration environments for sales and solutions engineering teams.
  • Create and maintain reusable assets such as integration guides, scripts, and deployment templates.
  • Participate in roadmap discussions and development planning to estimate effort for integration activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security and data ecosystems, including SIEMs, SOAR platforms, IAM tools such as Okta and Azure AD, and custom applications.
  • Ability to develop and deliver scripts and software that support deployment and delivery of API and data products.
  • Preferred language is Python.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to self-manage tasks while contributing to cross-functional team goals.
  • Confidence working with developers, architects, and senior security leaders.
  • Hands-on experience with Tines, Splunk, SOAR platforms such as XSOAR or Swimlane, or Okta Workflows is helpful but not required.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data transformation, webhooks, and integration architecture, including RESTful APIs, JSON, and scripting with Python or Bash.
  • Familiarity with fraud prevention, identity management, or threat intelligence use cases.
  • Exposure to compliance or regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
