Description

  • Create engaging and effective training for clients using SpryPoint’s software products.
  • Rework technical documents and other source material into training activities, assessments, and learning artifacts.
  • Support clients as they move through their implementation journey.
  • Assist with creating onboarding and training content for new internal SpryPoint team members.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute to e-learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Learning Designers, product development, UI, and Service Delivery teams.
  • Report to the Manager, Learning Design & Enablement and support team training efforts across projects and events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience creating high-quality training material for software applications.
  • Certificate or diploma with a specialization in instructional design for adults, curriculum development, or a related field.
  • Experience using Adobe products, Zoom, Pages, and Keynote to create training materials.
  • Excellent verbal communication and advanced writing skills in English.
  • Demonstrated interest in lifelong learning.
  • Experience in the utility sector, SaaS, or software implementation is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work fully remote with occasional travel throughout North America for events and client sites.
  • LinkedIn profile verification with current work email is strongly encouraged.
  • Final candidates must complete a background check and identity verification for SOC 2 compliance.
