Description

  • Lead client-facing program design from discovery through delivery, including requirements, outcomes, timelines, scope, resourcing, and quality.
  • Partner with sales, product, client success, solutions, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to translate learner and client needs into learning solutions.
  • Design and develop instructor-led programs, including slides, labs, case studies, simulations, assessments, facilitator guides, workbooks, and workplace exercises.
  • Create hands-on activities using relevant workplace and AI tools, including workflow exercises, tool demonstrations, coding challenges, and business simulations.
  • Contextualize and update content based on industry trends, tool capabilities, accessibility standards, and responsible technology practices.
  • Manage development resources, timelines, deliverables, instructors, vendors, contractors, and other learning professionals.
  • Develop instructor enablement materials and guide instructors in delivering interactive, applied learning experiences.
  • Collect and analyze learning-impact data to improve content, learner outcomes, and programs.
  • Collaborate with product and learning systems teams to develop reusable learning components, templates, and scalable product offerings.
  • Adapt programs for diverse audiences and, when applicable, coordinate translation and localization for global delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum design, or a related field, including substantial instructor-led training development.
  • Experience designing learning experiences for enterprise, professional, technical, or workplace audiences.
  • Strong portfolio of practical learning materials such as facilitator guides, activities, assessments, case studies, labs, simulations, and learner resources.
  • Experience managing clients, stakeholders, subject matter experts, instructors, vendors, or cross-functional partners through content development.
  • Knowledge of Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, experiential learning, practice-based learning, and adult learning principles.
  • Hands-on fluency with current AI tools and experience using them to design, prototype, evaluate, or improve learning experiences.
  • Experience with AI, emerging technology, data, digital transformation, technical skills, or workplace technology adoption.
  • Working knowledge of generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, machine learning, AI agents, ethical AI, and enterprise AI adoption.
  • Ability to design for both technical and non-technical audiences and translate complex concepts into accessible learning experiences.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, content management systems, and authoring tools; technical experience with Python, APIs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, GitHub, cloud labs, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to work across time zones and adaptability in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities, tools, and client needs.

Benefits

  • US salary range of $75,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience, education, location, and other factors.
