Description

  • Design and develop e-learning, instructor-led training, videos, onboarding programs, product training, job aids, SOPs, assessments, quizzes, and other learning resources.
  • Manage learning content from concept through development, review, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Create learning journeys, course outlines, storyboards, scripts, activities, simulations, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
  • Use AI and other innovative tools for research, content development, visual and video production, assessment creation, and rapid prototyping.
  • Adapt learning experiences for U.S. audiences with appropriate language, context, examples, and cultural relevance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Technology, subject matter experts, and other teams on training initiatives.
  • Maintain and update training programs as products, processes, systems, and business needs evolve.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Training Content Development, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience developing learning or training content for U.S. audiences.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, learning objectives, assessments, and learner engagement.
  • Experience creating e-learning modules, videos, presentations, facilitator-led training, job aids, SOPs, assessments, and related materials.
  • Proficiency with modern instructional design, e-learning, multimedia, LMS, video, or content creation tools.
  • Ability to use AI thoughtfully while maintaining accuracy, quality, learner relevance, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams while independently managing projects through completion.
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, high integrity, and positive attitude.
  • Comfort working in a 100% remote environment with teams across India and the U.S.
