Description

  • Own integration strategy end to end, including pricing, packaging, distribution, launch readiness, and ongoing cross-functional relationship management.
  • Partner with Engineering to prioritize integration investments across customer commitments and long-term platform scalability.
  • Define and execute platform-based integration strategies, including generalized APIs and connectors that enable customer self-integration.
  • Manage integration lifecycles from alpha and beta through general availability and post-launch scaling.
  • Align strategic partners and key customers on integration roadmaps, timelines, and requirements.
  • Own permissioning, security, licensing, managed package, namespace, and license-management decisions.
  • Build business cases and prioritization frameworks for integration investments, including proof points and kill criteria.
  • Connect GTM, Partnerships, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure integrations are commercially viable and technically sound.
  • Own the integration roadmap, success metrics, architectural discussions, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish effective collaboration cadences with distributed engineering teams, including async decisions and handoffs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience in ecosystem or integration roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience leading initiatives in a multi-product portfolio company.
  • Deep technical fluency in integration architecture, including APIs, managed packages, platform events, OAuth, and permission models.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM leaders to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Experience working with distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong commercial judgment and experience evaluating what to build, for whom, and when.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including specifications, recorded walkthroughs, decision logs, and proactive status updates.
  • Ability to participate in architectural discussions, roadmap planning, and product strategy.
  • Candidates must be located in the U.S. Central or Eastern time zones.
