Description

  • Own integration strategy end to end, including pricing, packaging, distribution, launch readiness, and cross-functional relationship management.
  • Partner with Engineering to sequence integration investments across customer commitments and long-term platform scalability.
  • Define and execute generalized APIs, connectors, and other platform-based integration solutions that enable customer self-integration.
  • Manage integration lifecycles from alpha and beta through general availability and post-launch scaling.
  • Lead permissioning, security, licensing, managed package, and namespace strategy decisions.
  • Build business cases and prioritization frameworks for integration investments, including proof points and kill criteria.
  • Connect Go-to-Market, Partnerships, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure commercially viable delivery.
  • Own the integration roadmap, success metrics, architectural input, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish effective working cadences with distributed engineering teams, including asynchronous decision-making and handoffs.
  • Use customer, partner, peer, and leadership feedback to improve integration capabilities and product culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience in ecosystem or integration roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep technical fluency with integration architecture, including APIs, managed packages, platform events, OAuth, and permission models.
  • Proven success leading initiatives in a multi-product portfolio company.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, Partnerships, and Go-to-Market leaders.
  • Experience working with distributed engineering teams across time zones.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to evaluate integration opportunities, customer value, and investment timing.
  • Excellent written and proactive communication, including specifications, recorded walkthroughs, decision logs, and status updates.
  • Ability to participate in architectural discussions, roadmap planning, and cross-functional strategy.
  • Must be located in Canada’s Central or Eastern time zone.
  • For remote work, must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario.
