Description

  • Develop clean, tested, reviewable software using Java, Python, MySQL, NSQ, HBase, AWS, and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, deliver features, and resolve blockers.
  • Own software through design, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and production support.
  • Review pull requests and design documents while applying established patterns and best practices.
  • Build, maintain, and scale systems processing hundreds of thousands of messages daily.
  • Monitor service health, investigate incidents, and act as a first responder for outages and bugs.
  • Identify technical debt and performance bottlenecks, then plan and implement improvements.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and serve as project point person, coordinating dependencies and technical decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience developing and supporting software in production.
  • At least 2 years of programming experience in an object-oriented language such as Java, C#, Python, or C++.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • At least 2 years of front-end application development experience (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience using third-party APIs and building resilient systems (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (preferred).
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written Polish (preferred).

Benefits

  • Monthly compensation of 19,000–23,750 PLN net, with a broader base range up to 28,500 PLN net.
  • Eligibility for Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
  • 26 paid days off annually, plus bank holidays and company-wide rest and recharge days.
