Description

  • Develop, debug, and maintain Python-based automation scripts and applications.
  • Refactor Python scripts to meet enterprise standards and business requirements.
  • Design and build scalable, maintainable Python automation frameworks.
  • Conduct code reviews for quality, standards, and best practices.
  • Use GitHub and JIRA to manage work, track issues, and collaborate.
  • Improve test coverage, release velocity, and production stability through automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver software solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of overall professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on Python development experience.
  • Strong expertise with GitHub and Jenkins.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile development environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must have lived in the United States for at least 3 of the past 5 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Federal government or CMS project experience and exposure to mainframe systems are preferred.
