Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, selling to HR and benefits leaders at companies with 10,000 to 30,000 employees.
  • Partner with BDRs and Strategic Alliances teammates to close sourced opportunities and generate new business through brokers and consultants.
  • Run discovery calls, product presentations, demonstrations, pricing reviews, proposal analysis, and contract negotiations.
  • Build business cases for VP- and C-level stakeholders at mid-size organizations.
  • Prioritize strategically valuable accounts and align opportunities with the company’s national sales strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally to share market feedback on client needs, consultant needs, and product roadmap considerations.
  • Develop and grow partnerships with health insurance brokers and health benefits consultants over time.
  • Travel as needed to support sales pitches, close deals, and represent the company at industry events.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the territory.
  • Facilitate procurement, contract negotiation, and implementation processes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with strong quota attainment in an enterprise sales role.
  • Strongly preferred experience selling benefits or healthcare solutions.
  • Demonstrated success as an individual contributor closing 6-figure deals and consistently exceeding quota.
  • Excellent communication skills and a thoughtful, collaborative sales approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong passion for transforming the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health.
  • High emotional intelligence, humility, resourcefulness, directness, ambition, and comfort with change.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the year.
  • Full-time remote work availability.
  • Experience working with HR/benefits leaders, brokers, and consultants is implied by the role.
