Description

  • Drive the sales process from qualification and introduction through closing and handoff to customer service.
  • Generate net-new logo business and contribute to annual quota attainment.
  • Serve as the liaison between sales and proposal teams by project-managing RFPs.
  • Lead discovery calls and presentations, including creating customized presentations.
  • Represent and sell specific product offerings such as ROI reporting, utilization reporting, and geo-access/network reporting.
  • Attend conferences and customer meetings as needed.
  • Use sales tools, market-facing presentations, and internal enablement guides to support the sales process.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, strategic alliance partners, benefits consultants, brokers, resellers, and other internal and external partners to build pipeline and execute against quota.
  • Collaborate closely with proposal, marketing, and customer success teams to expand employer partnerships.
  • Add new pipeline from self-sourced, marketing, consultant, partner, and business development channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • BDR experience prior to AE experience preferred, or relevant prospecting experience.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
  • Strong working knowledge of the benefits and/or mental health and wellness space preferred.
  • Client-facing experience with mid- to large-sized clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the year for conferences and customers if required.
  • Proactive approach to customer engagements.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously and build effective internal and external relationships.
