Description

  • Partner with Specialty Care Operations to define, refine, and evolve key metrics and KPIs as the program scales.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in BI tools such as Looker, Hex, or Omni.
  • Conduct exploratory and ad hoc analyses to answer emerging business questions and evaluate changes to services or the platform.
  • Identify trends and gaps in program performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Support data integrity by contributing to dbt models and scalable data structures.
  • Partner with data, product, and engineering teams to ensure access to the right data sources for reporting.
  • Serve as a data advisor and thought partner to Specialty Care leadership on how success is measured and future initiatives are shaped.
  • Work with the data science team to investigate major trends and understand their drivers.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support so downstream teams can use dashboards and data products effectively.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent reporting and alignment of metrics across cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools.
  • Expert-level SQL skills.
  • Familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
  • Experience with Looker or similar visualization tools such as Tableau, including building data models and dashboards.
  • Strong user empathy and ability to translate stakeholder needs into practical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and work with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous problem areas and learning new approaches.
  • Passion for Spring Health’s mission and interest in mental health care.
  • Early adopter of AI and automation tools, with experience experimenting with LLMs or AI-assisted analytics preferred.

  • Target base salary range of $125,000 to $142,000.
