Description

  • Generate and manage data used in Cision reports to ensure accurate and timely reporting inputs.
  • Ensure coding analysis production is high quality, consistent, and delivered on schedule.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to junior coding teams, including feedback on best practices and performance gaps.
  • Manage content searches, uploads, coding task prioritization, and regular data checks.
  • Troubleshoot data flow and tool-related issues and help resolve operational problems.
  • Communicate regularly with the manager to prioritize tasks and manage workflow.
  • Use reporting templates and tools to contribute to reports, generate charts, and write qualitative insights.
  • Take ownership of initial data exports and support charting and report production.
  • Provide daily support to Senior Analysts and Team Leads, including contact management, data verification, and report production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of previous experience in coding, query writing, and analysis.
  • Strong background in professional writing and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Ability to work with coding structures, data checks, and report production processes.
  • Experience supporting reporting deliverables and data-driven workflow management is preferred.
