Description

  • Lead analytics projects focused on patient journey, line-of-therapy mapping, and brand analytics.
  • Analyze structured claims and patient datasets such as DRG, IQVIA, McKesson, and Symphony claims.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to assess treatment patterns, pathways, and utilization.
  • Support HEOR/HCRU analyses including prevalence, burden, incidence, and cost-of-illness studies.
  • Develop and present client-facing insights through dashboards, PowerPoint, and visual analytics.
  • Build and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines, and use Excel and Python for automation and analysis.
  • Collaborate with HEOR, market access, strategy, and engineering teams to gather requirements and plan execution.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, documentation, and reproducibility across analyses.
  • Independently manage workload, communicate progress, and drive project delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in relevant analytics roles.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with structured datasets such as DRG, Symphony, IQVIA, and McKesson.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in pharma/life-science consulting or analytics agencies.
  • Exposure to RWE sources including EHR/EMR and CMS datasets.
  • Understanding of line-of-therapy frameworks, treatment guidelines, and market-access structures.
  • Working knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Understanding of data modeling and statistical techniques.
  • Client-facing experience with the ability to translate analytics into business insights.
  • Therapy-area familiarity in oncology, immunology, or rare diseases is preferred.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder workshops or building interactive dashboards is preferred.
  • Experience working with global teams and multi-geography datasets is preferred.
