Description

  • Manage recurring Revenue organization reporting such as Board Decks and Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Build flexible analytical models to set future goals based on historical revenue performance and scenario inputs.
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence team to improve reporting efficiency and align key reporting systems.
  • Assess trends and data gaps, then synthesize actionable recommendations for revenue leadership and data management teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Revenue organization data for Finance, Accounting, Sales, Customer Success, and Business Intelligence partners.
  • Support goal-setting and performance analysis for the Revenue organization with key stakeholders, including Revenue Leadership and Finance.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business, finance, math, or quantitative analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience in an operations and/or analyst role, such as Consulting, FP&A, RevOps, or BizOps.
  • Expertise in Google Sheets or Excel and Looker, including building complex and flexible analytical models.
  • Familiarity with GTM metrics such as Pipeline Coverage, Bookings, Retention, Sales Cycle, and Quota Attainment.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM, particularly reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to ask strong follow-up questions, push back when needed, and uncover the underlying cause behind analytical work.
  • Ability to build analytical models from scratch from only a high-level brief.
  • Strong judgment in making quick, thoughtful assumptions when data is incomplete or unavailable.
  • Ability to identify data inconsistencies and investigate root causes proactively.
  • Ability to summarize complex findings concisely for different audiences.
