Description

  • Maintain Care Navigation calls and activities as a primary part of the role.
  • Monitor Slack care operations channels to support clinical, care support, and provider operations teams.
  • Provide after-hours support to members and leaders seeking services or escalation support.
  • Assist with outreach and follow-up for escalated or sensitive situations.
  • Coordinate training and mentoring for new hires and existing team members as assigned.
  • Monitor multiple system views and assign outreaches and follow-ups appropriately.
  • Support daily work balancing and monitor phone queue availability.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members and clinical leadership.
  • Problem-solve high-touch calls, crisis situations, and service issues.
  • Support team/product/technology improvements, assist with implementations, and help resolve system issues or outages.
  • Facilitate team meetings, participate in special projects, and provide holiday/on-call coverage as needed.

Requirements

  • Active independent clinical licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in mental health or substance use disorder care.
  • Experience working on a crisis line.
  • Availability for occasional shift changes, holiday coverage, and rotational weekend on-call support.
  • Required schedule availability: Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm ET and Wednesday-Friday 1pm-9pm ET.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise strong critical thinking without leadership present.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain fully engaged and free from interruptions for the full shift.
  • Comfort serving as a subject matter expert and seeking information from multiple sources.
  • Tech-savvy with comfort adopting new technologies and platforms.
