Description

  • Support members through phone, chat, and email interactions during assigned shifts in the languages you are fluent in.
  • Manage care coordination tasks such as platform sign-up support, troubleshooting, intake collection, and appointment scheduling and cancellation.
  • Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer members to the appropriate level and modality of care.
  • Provide in-the-moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up for member crises, including suicide risk.
  • Offer consultation, psycho-education, empathy, and motivational support for mental health, substance use, and family or relationship concerns.
  • Engage in CIR intake and coaching services for global members and customers.
  • Identify, research, and resolve barriers to care, technical issues, and related member or provider problems.
  • Research and document crisis resources for members across different countries.
  • Document patient interactions in Spring Health’s online systems in English.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, participate in meetings and training, and support special projects and customer-facing initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
  • Current licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, or psychologist.
  • Fully bilingual in written and spoken English and French.
  • Additional language fluency, such as French Canadian or Spanish, is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience after licensure.
  • Appropriate credentials in your U.S. state or country of residence.
  • Comfort using multiple computer platforms at the same time and learning new systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with members worldwide.
  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm EST.
