Description

  • Provide in-the-moment clinical support, psychoeducation, and referrals through a clinical phone queue.
  • Use active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches to support members with mental health, substance use, or family and relationship concerns.
  • Assess risk, deliver crisis support, create safety plans, and follow up with high-risk members.
  • Recommend next steps based on clinical presentation and coordinate connection to appropriate care and services.
  • Support members and leaders after hours and connect them with internal Spring Health teams and resources.
  • Document interactions professionally and communicate with members and providers by email.
  • Follow care management outreach protocols and identify barriers or disruptions to care.
  • Collaborate with Spring Health care providers, Provider Operations, Care Support, Benefits/Billing, and Product teams.
  • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and trainings.
  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality, compliance, ethical standards, and adherence to Spring Health policies.

Requirements

  • Current LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LICSW, or licensed psychologist credential.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience.
  • Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning.
  • Knowledge of crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused interventions.
  • Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00am to 8:00am Eastern Time.
  • Availability for occasional shift changes and holidays that coincide with scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise strong critical thinking when leadership is not present.
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort using various computer platforms, learning new systems, and handling tech-related tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask, context switch, and work fully engaged without interruptions.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
