Description

  • Coordinate daily customer service operations to ensure efficient processes and high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and product teams to support customer needs and order fulfillment.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on customer service operations and performance metrics.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and help implement service improvements.
  • Train and mentor new customer service team members as needed.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
