Description

  • Provide in-the-moment clinical support, psychoeducation, and referrals through a clinical phone queue.
  • Use active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches to engage members with mental health, substance use, or family and relationship concerns.
  • Assess risk, deliver crisis support, create safety plans, and follow up with high-risk members.
  • Recommend next steps and coordinate connections to Spring Health providers or external care resources.
  • Complete professional documentation and communicate with members and providers by email.
  • Follow care management outreach protocols and identify barriers or disruptions to care.
  • Coordinate with Spring Health care providers, Provider Operations, and cross-functional teams to support a smooth member experience.
  • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and training sessions.
  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards while following Spring Health policies.

Requirements

  • LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LICSW, or licensed psychologist required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience.
  • Experience in crisis assessment and safety planning.
  • Knowledge of crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused interventions.
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and embrace diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong motivation to provide a high-touch member experience.
  • Comfort working with multiple computer platforms and learning new systems.
  • Ability to multitask and switch contexts quickly.
  • Flexibility for occasional shift adjustments and availability to work 3 holidays per year.
  • Availability for Monday through Friday, 11:00am to 7:00pm Eastern shift.
