Description

  • Develop and maintain core data models in dbt to support key business metrics and data consistency.
  • Collaborate with engineers and analytics stakeholders to define critical business metrics and reporting solutions.
  • Create documentation and support materials that help downstream teams access and use data effectively.
  • Partner with other analytics engineers to maintain consistent data definitions across the organization.
  • Build monitoring systems and processes that improve data quality, accuracy, and auditability.
  • Regularly audit and review data models to ensure relevance, accuracy, and long-term integrity.
  • Provide data analyses to support strategic initiatives, especially during design and implementation stages.
  • Support reporting on model performance and contribute to feature engineering work with data science and machine learning teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with data, with a focus on data pipeline tools.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL.
  • Experience with modern data transformation tools such as dbt or similar.
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines in cloud-based environments such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
  • Interest in working with data scientists and machine learning engineers.
  • Experience troubleshooting data discrepancies and identifying root causes.
  • Knowledge of data quality best practices focused on accuracy, consistency, and auditability.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex.
  • Ability to proactively manage priorities and dependencies in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Passion for Spring Health’s mission to remove barriers to mental health care.

  • Target base salary of $120,000 - $140,000.
