Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for companies with under 10,000 employees.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with prospective customers.
  • Manage RFP responses and related sales documentation.
  • Lead discovery calls to uncover customer needs and opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored presentations that communicate Spring Health’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand revenue.
  • Work toward and achieve quota goals.
  • Represent Spring Health’s solutions with expertise and confidence.
  • Report to a Commercial Sales Leader.
  • Participate in occasional travel for team or company events.

Requirements

  • Experience selling to companies with under 10,000 employees or within commercial/mid-market segments.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Experience leading discovery calls and delivering customer presentations.
  • Experience handling RFPs in a sales process.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfort representing a solution in a client-facing, quota-driven role.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team or company events.
  • Commercial AE level alignment by company size: AE1 under 750 employees, AE2 750-2,000, AE3 2,000-5,000, AE4 5,000-10,000 employees.
