Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for strategic brand partnerships from prospecting through close.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with executive decision makers, founders, and C-suite leaders.
  • Drive significant GMV and profit growth by closing high-value partnerships aligned with long-term strategic goals.
  • Lead financial analysis, commercial structuring, and negotiation strategy for complex deals.
  • Refine sales messaging, partnership structures, and repeatable playbooks to improve go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational success and optimize strategic deals.
  • Mentor team members and share best practices as a trusted advisor and informal leader.
  • Operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing near-term revenue and long-term strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience with a proven track record closing complex, high-value partnerships.
  • Experience building and managing executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders, founders, and C-suite leaders.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience evaluating profitability and structuring deals.
  • Experience using data to guide negotiations and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience mentoring others and influencing sales processes.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to improve team performance and drive business growth.
  • College degree is not required; non-linear career paths are welcome.
  • Must reside in a state eligible for Spreetail's Work Your Way program.
