Description

  • Support item and listing optimization by improving review and ratings health across all channel listings.
  • Evaluate new and existing item data to identify listings that need more reviews or better ratings.
  • Prioritize listings based on review and rating needs and business impact.
  • Execute strategies and workflows to increase review volume on channel listings.
  • Pursue removal of policy-violating reviews and address root causes of poor ratings.
  • Drive organizational awareness of the ROI of review improvement programs.
  • Support Merchant efforts to recover or negotiate review-related costs with brand partners.
  • Align stakeholders and follow up on actions to drive outcomes across the business.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to analyze moderate-sized datasets and turn findings into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills with confidence and urgency to follow up and drive outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including SUM, IF, COUNT, XLOOKUP, Filters, and Pivot Tables.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with review sampling programs such as Amazon Vine and BazaarVoice.
  • Available work-from-home setup required, including a desktop or laptop meeting minimum system requirements.
  • 4th generation Intel i3 or equivalent processor or higher.
  • At least 4GB RAM, Windows 10+ or Mac OSX, and a required dual-monitor setup.
  • Stable wired internet connection of 10 Mbps or higher, plus a PC headset and HD webcam (720p or higher).
