Description

  • Lead and manage a team of Marketplace Managers focused on Walmart.com.
  • Own the Walmart channel P&L and drive financial performance improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Walmart partner managers.
  • Partner with merchandising teams to plan promotions aligned with Walmart events such as Deals for Days and seasonal campaigns.
  • Work with technology and reporting teams to improve operational systems and efficiency on Walmart Marketplace.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and retail operations to optimize assortment and pricing for Walmart customers.
  • Set targets for Walmart Connect and ensure the team executes against revenue and growth goals.
  • Mentor and develop team members to strengthen marketplace leadership and accountability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to marketplace policy changes while supporting continued growth.
  • Identify white-space opportunities and scale categories within the Walmart ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of people leadership experience, preferably in corporate or high-growth environments.
  • 7+ years of experience in Walmart ecommerce or marketplace management.
  • Experience with Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) and Walmart seller standards.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and managing a complex P&L.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making experience focused on bottom-line performance.
  • Experience identifying new business opportunities and scaling categories within Walmart.
  • High-level negotiation experience with platform partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working in or alongside specialized ecommerce accelerator environments is preferred.
  • College degree is not required; non-linear career paths are welcome.
  • Candidates must reside in one of the states eligible for the Work Your Way program.
