Description

  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, personalized video) to generate pipeline and consistently book qualified meetings for Growth/AEs.
  • Execute account-based outreach by building and managing targeted prospect lists using tools such as SmartScout, Helium10, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Qualify inbound and event-generated leads with rapid follow-up and convert conversations into sales meetings.
  • Represent the company at major ecommerce and Amazon industry events (e.g., Prosper Show, ShopTalk, SellerCon, White Label Expo), capture high-quality leads, and convert floor conversations into meetings.
  • Own CRM and pipeline management, maintaining accurate activity tracking, lead status updates, and KPI reporting.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of fully qualified opportunities.
  • Meet clear performance expectations, including activity targets (60–100+ daily outbound activities), booking 12–20+ meetings per month, strong event lead conversion, quota attainment, and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  • Represent the brand professionally online and in person and travel frequently to industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales, SDR/BDR, or outbound prospecting (Amazon/ecommerce experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, including Seller Central, Vendor Central, FBA, 1P/3P models, DSP/AMC, and ecommerce advertising.
  • Proven CRM discipline with experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems and comfort operating in a quota- and KPI-focused, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable traveling frequently to represent the company at industry events and engage prospects in person.
  • High-energy, charismatic communicator with a competitive mindset, resilience (thick skin), and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and metrics-driven with strong follow-up and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity or experience using prospecting tools such as SmartScout, Helium10, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo (preferred).
  • Residence in one of Spreetail’s Work Your Way–eligible U.S. states may be required (see posting for the full list).

  • Base pay range $50,000–$75,000 per year depending on geographic market, skills, and experience.
