Description

  • Guide customers through integrating Fingerprint APIs into web and mobile applications.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customer questions, troubleshooting, and solutions.
  • Analyze internal logs and monitor API usage and performance to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Create JavaScript code samples, integration recommendations, and automation scripts for API testing, validation, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams during onboarding and relay customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Conduct customer training sessions and webinars on API best practices.
  • Create and maintain documentation that supports customer self-service.
  • Build customer relationships and partner with Customer Success Managers to onboard, retain, and grow accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably Customer Success Engineering or Technical Support Engineering for API products.
  • Strong JavaScript proficiency, including experience creating and maintaining automation scripts.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, RESTful architecture, and web services.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
  • Proficiency with macOS and remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
  • Experience with API testing tools and frameworks is preferred.
  • Mobile app development and SQL experience are preferred.
  • Based in the EMEA region, preferably the UK; candidates must be authorized to work from their home location, and travel to client sites may be required.
