Description

  • Align product development goals and initiatives with company OKRs.
  • Evaluate new product opportunities and build business cases for recommended solutions.
  • Lead customer research and analysis to understand needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, market trends, policy changes, and regulatory developments.
  • Define, communicate, and regularly update the product roadmap and initiative progress.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate opportunities into clear, measurable requirements.
  • Prioritize the product backlog and ensure high-quality software is delivered on time.
  • Coordinate dependencies across Delivery Managers, Tech Leads, Product Managers, and development teams.
  • Partner with marketing to develop go-to-market plans, product positioning, and customer messaging.
  • Define and track product metrics, analyze customer feedback, and adjust the product as needed.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new and current team members.

Requirements

  • Experience making data-driven product decisions through user research and experimentation.
  • Demonstrable experience iterating and improving products based on feedback and performance data.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to influence in a fast-paced, distributed environment and lead cross-functional planning and problem solving.
  • Experience defining and tracking OKRs or a similar goal-setting framework.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English.
  • Experience achieving product-market fit for emerging markets (preferred).
  • Degree or Master’s in a Business, Product, or Technology discipline (preferred).
