Description

  • Deliver regional KPIs and sell incremental display space across the assigned territory.
  • Optimize shelf placement and merchandise product and displays to drive sales growth.
  • Drive consumer awareness through point-of-sale materials and in-store sales promotion execution.
  • Educate consumers in stores on the brand and its product differentiation.
  • Ensure product quality, rotate stock, and remove damaged packages.
  • Maintain organized back stock with proper rotation and inventory handling.
  • Use CRM tools to document daily activities and display execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail contacts to secure incremental display space.
  • Service an assigned account base consistently, with approximately 8-12 store visits per day.
  • Develop weekly account visit schedules, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and partner with customers to grow sales.
  • Support company culture by collaborating with teammates on strategic initiatives and participating in demos, display building, and market blitzes as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Sales experience across grocery, mass, natural, and drug channels.
  • Proven sales success track record.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs continuously throughout the day to build large displays of 100 cases or more.
  • Must have and be willing to use a personal vehicle to travel to and from accounts.
  • Ability to travel overnight on occasion based on business needs.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-growth start-up environment.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work long and flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Salary range of $60,000-$70,000.
