Description

  • Conduct inside/inbound phone sales with pre-qualified leads in the U.S. credit sector.
  • Pitch and close credit repair solutions based on each customer’s profile and credit situation.
  • Follow TCP’s step-by-step sales process to promote credit repair products.
  • Handle customer concerns and objections during the sales conversation.
  • Work toward and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Use TCP’s technology tools, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu, in daily operations.
  • Maintain a customer-first, solution-oriented approach throughout the sales process.
  • Learn and apply TCP’s tools, products, and processes quickly in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a B2C financial or banking services environment.
  • Proven experience in inside or inbound phone sales in the U.S. credit sector, including credit cards, credit repair, credit history, credit scores, or credit reporting.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade and close sales.
  • Customer-first orientation with empathy for customer needs.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Remote full-time availability with immediate start.
  • Availability to work one unpaid 1-hour break in a 9-hour shift.
  • Ability to work one of the listed schedules: Monday-Thursday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, or Monday-Friday 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST, or Monday-Friday 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST.
  • Own a computer that meets the company’s Bring Your Own Device requirements.

  • Base salary of $8/hour or $1,386/month minimum.
  • Progressive uncapped commission structure.
  • 100% remote, permanent full-time role.
  • Paid training for 3 weeks, scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
