Description

  • Analyze and investigate new project requirements and prepare project plans.
  • Assess project risks and propose mitigation measures.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines and deliver the required quality.
  • Manage large project teams or multiple sub-teams, including programmers, artists, game designers, and QA.
  • Define and clarify team goals and align expectations among stakeholders.
  • Manage communication within the team, across company departments, and with the client side.
  • Plan team capacity and support workload allocation.
  • Conduct team meetings and prepare project and team performance reports.
  • Work with leads to track team performance and support team growth through feedback and career development plans.
  • Conduct project interviews and contribute to the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Experience working through all project phases, from idea to release, with the ability to adapt methodologies to project phase and team size.
  • Experience working with external clients and building collaborative, trust-based relationships.
  • Ability to distinguish critical priorities from secondary tasks, set plans, prioritize work, assess risks, and track tasks through completion.
  • Ability to manage teams of 10+ people efficiently.
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a result-oriented approach.
  • Fluent English.
  • Native Korean speaker.
  • Experience in game development.
  • Availability to overlap with European working hours.
