Description

  • Coach clients online and help them identify their own solutions to professional development challenges.
  • Guide clients in shaping their coaching journey and taking meaningful next steps.
  • Hold clients accountable for improvement, progress, and follow-through on goals.
  • Use coaching frameworks and methodologies such as SMART goals, GROW, and journaling as appropriate.
  • Communicate with empathy while using effective listening, purposeful questioning, and encouragement.
  • Manage multiple clients independently while maintaining strong organization and time management.
  • Present relevant information and resources to clients based on their coaching topic areas.
  • Apply innovative solutions and critical thinking when clients need support.
  • Maintain awareness of recent developments in selected coaching topic areas.
  • Deliver coaching services through Speexx’s online platform and virtual tools.

Requirements

  • Experience coaching in one or more of these areas: Job and Career Development, Business Communication, Leading Projects and Teams, Management, Self-Management, or Workforce Development.
  • Current accredited coaching certification, such as ICF PCC or EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner.
  • 500+ hours of business coaching experience.
  • Significant experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or a related field.
  • C2 level in the languages you coach in.
  • CEFR B2 level or higher in English, the Speexx global admin language.
  • Ability to coach confidently online.
  • Ability to meet the listed technical specifications, including at least 8 GB RAM, a multi-core CPU score of 1300 minimum, and internet speeds of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • Compatible equipment and devices, including a Mac not older than 2018 or a PC not older than 2020; iOS 15.0+ or Android 8.0+; Chromebooks and tablets are not supported.
  • High-quality audio and video setup, preferably with an external webcam and an actively noise-cancelling cabled headset.
  • Payment can only be made to an IBAN account.
